진료과소개

외과는 환자의 질환을 수술적으로 치료하는 진료과로서 위장관외과, 유방내분비외과, 대장항문외과, 간담췌외과 등 전문 진료영역으로 10명의 전문 의료진과 전공의, 간호사 모두가 첨단장비들을 이용하여 진단의 정확도를 극대화하여 환자의 만족도를 높이기 위해 최선의 노력을 하고 있습니다.

간담췌외과 - 간, 담도, 췌장에 생기는 간암, 담낭암, 담관암, 췌장암을 비롯하여 간내 낭성병변, 담낭 및 담관결석, 췌장 낭종 등 외과적 처치를 요하는 질환에 대하여 진단 및 치료를 시행하고 있습니다.
대장항문외과 - 대장암과 직장암을 비롯한 소장, 대장, 항문에 생기는 각종 질환을 정확히 진단하고 치료하고 있습니다.
위장관외과 - 위암등의 악성질환과 위,십이지장의 궤양, 출혈 및 폐색등의 양성질환을 수술적으로 치료하고 있으며, 또한 소화기내과와 협진을 통해 보다 빠르고 편리한 양질의 진료를 시행하기 위하여 노력하고 있습니다.
외상중환자외과 - 외상에 의한 복막염, 출혈, 복부장기 손상으로 응급 수술이 필요한 경우 수술 후 중환자실 치료까지의 전문적인 관리를 시행합니다. 심각한 질병이나 예상치 못한 합병증으로 중환자실 치료가 필요한 외과환자에 대해 중환자실 집중 치료를 시행하고 있습니다. 또한, 뇌사자 장기나눔을 위해 뇌사자 관리를 시행하고 있습니다. 급성복통을 일으키는 복부질환으로 수술이 필요한 경우 복부수술을 시행하고 있습니다.
내분비외과- 유방암을 포함한 유방의 전반적인 질환의 진단과 치료를 시행하며 갑상선, 경부암 등 장기의 기능적인 이상과 양성종양 및 암에 대한 진단과 치료를 시행하고 있습니다.
혈관외과 – 혈관외과에서는 복부와 말초의 동맥질환, 정맥질환과 투석접근로, 혈관외상 같은 질환을 다룹니다. 이러한 혈관질환에 대한 전체적인 관리를 하고 막히거나 좁아진 병변에 대해서는 혈관내 접근으로 재개통을 시키거나 수술적으로 우회로를 만들어 치료합니다. 혈관이 늘어지는 동맥류에 대해서는 혈관내 접근으로 동맥류를 배제시키거나 절제 또는 인조혈관을 이용한 혈관재건술을 시행합니다.
