진료과소개

비뇨의학과는 남성과 여성의 비뇨기계 및 부신, 그리고 남성의 생식기에 발생할 수 있는 다양한 질환에 대해 여러 가지 특수 검사를 통한 정확한 진단 및 약물과 수술적 치료를 시행하는 외과의 한 분야로서 비뇨기종양, 전립선질환, 남성학, 요로결석, 요로감염, 배뇨장애, 요실금, 여성비뇨기학, 소아비뇨기학 등 9개의 전문 진료영역에 대해 6명의 전문 의료진이 환자의 완치와 더불어 만족도를 극대화하기 위해 최선의 노력을 다하고 있습니다.

비뇨기종양 - 신장암, 방광암, 요관암, 전립선암, 고환암, 음경암, 요도암 에 대하여 정확한 진단, 내시경과 복강경을 이용한 수술, 항암제 치료, 방사선 치료, 호르몬 치료 등의 다양한 치료를 시행하고 있습니다.
전립선질환 - 골반 부위의 통증과 배뇨증상을 일으킬 수 있는 전립선염과 빈뇨, 야간뇨, 절박뇨, 약뇨, 요주저, 잔뇨감 등의 하부요로증상을 야기하는 전립선비대증에 이르기까지 전립선에 발생하는 질환에 대한 약물 치료 및 요도 내시경을 통한 수술 등 다양한 치료를 시행하고 있습니다.
남성학 - 남성불임 및 남성 성기능 장애 (예 : 발기부전, 조루증)에 대하여 정확한 진단 및 치료를 시행하고 있습니다.
요로결석 - 신장, 요관, 방광 등에 결석이 발생하는 경우 결석의 위치, 크기, 성상에 따라 적절한 치료 방법을 선택하여 약물요법, 체외충격파쇄석술, 그리고 내시경 및 복강경을 이용한 수술을 시행하고 있습니다.
요로감염 - 신우신염, 신농양, 방광염, 전립선염, 고환염, 부고환염에 대한 진단 및 치료를 시행하고 있습니다.
배뇨장애 - 질환의 정도와 상태에 따라 약물치료, 청결도뇨, 방광 내 소변줄 유치, 수술 등으로 치료를 시행하고 있습니다.
요실금 - 요실금의 종류와 질환의 정도에 따라 약물치료 및 보존 요법, 테이프를 이용한 수술적 치료, 인공요도괄약근 등의 치료를 시행하고 있습니다.
여성비뇨기학 - 골반장기탈출증, 요도 및 방광질 누공, 요도게실 등 여성의 비뇨기계에 발생할 수 있는 다양한 질환에 대해 정확한 진단 및 다양한 치료를 시행하고 있습니다.
소아비뇨기학 - 정확한 진단을 시행하여 수술적 치료를 시행하고 있습니다.
