진료과소개
진단혈액, 임상화학, 임상미생물, 진단면역, 수혈의학, 분자진단 분야의 전문 지식을 갖춘 저명한 4명의 교수진이 전공의와 함께 검사 및 해석 보고 업무를 수행하고 있습니다. 그리고 병리사 28명, 간호사 2명 등 30명의 인력이 빠르고 정확한 검사를 통해 환자의 만족도를 높이기 위해 최선의 노력을 하고 있습니다.
진단혈액 - 혈액암이나 혈액응고 질환, 혈액 및 기타 체액 감염성 질환등을 진단하기 위한 검사를 시행하고 있으며, 빠르고 정확한 검사를 위해 노력하고 있습니다.
임상화학 - 일반 화학검사, 특수화학검사, 단백면역검사, 요화학검사 및 치료적 약물농도검사등을 시행하고 있으며 대부분 검사장비의 자동화로 검사시간 단축과 검사결과의 신뢰도를 높였습니다.
임상미생물 - NCCLS와 세계표준화기구(ISO)의 세계표준화 지침에 따라, 각종 미생물의 분리 동정과 항생제 감수성을 첨단 자동화 장비 및 숙련된 검사자들의 수기를 이용하여 검사하고 있으며, 담당 전문의의 정확한 판독 아래 검사 결과를 보고하고 있습니다.
진단면역 - 다양한 일반면역 및 특수면역검사항목 외에도 바이러스 표지자, 내분비 호르몬, 알러지 항원, 자가면역항체, 종양표지자 등을, 각 검사별로 검증된 최적의 방법과 최신 기기를 사용하여 검사하고 있습니다.
혈액은행 - 혈액형검사는 물론 수혈 적합성 검사, 비예기 항체 선별검사등을 수행하며 자가 헌혈, 혈액의 입/출고 및 혈액보관업무를 담당하고 있으며 환자의 건강회복을 위해 완벽한 전산시스템을 이용하여 안전하고 적합한 혈액을 안정적으로 공급하고 있습니다.
분자진단 - 환자와 공여자의 조직적합성검사(HLA)검사를 비롯하여 최신 염기서열분석기를 갖추고 혈액암등 혈액질환 뿐만 아니라 혈액형 유전자검사, 유전성질환의 유전자검사, 각종 감염성 질환에 대한 검사를 수행하고 있습니다.
