진료과소개

미량의 방사성동위원소를 인체 내에 투여하여 촬영하는 체내검사(PET-CT, SPECT-CT)와 치료(갑상샘암), 그리고 검체에 반응시켜 분석하는 체외(검체)검사가 있습니다.

주요검사

  • 체내검사(촬영) - 단일광자단층촬영(SPECT 및 SPECT-CT), 유방감마카메라(Breast-Specific Gamma Camera), 양전자방출단층촬영(PET-CT)
  • 방사성동위원소 치료(갑상샘암) - 방사성동위원소(I-131)를 우리 몸에 투여하면, 갑상선과 암에 모이게 되며 여기에서 나온 방사능이 몸 안에 있는 종양세포를 파괴시키게 됩니다.
  • 체외(검체)검사 - 환자에게서 혈액이나 소변 등의 검체를 채취하여 검체와 방사성동위원소를 반응 시켜 검체 내의 함량을 알려는 검사입니다.
