소개

기존의 치료법으로 회복하기 힘든 각종 말기질환자의 장기를 뇌사 및 생체기증자의 건강한 장기로 대체하는 수술을 말합니다. 우리나라에서는 1969년 신장이식이 처음 성공한 이래 현재 신장, 간, 췌장, 심장, 폐, 등의 고형장기와 각막, 골수, 뼈, 인대, 연골, 심장판막 등의 조직이 이식되고 있습니다.

조선대학교병원 장기이식센터는 1990년 3월 장기이식위원회를 발족한 이래로 1996년부터 장기이식코디네이터를 두고 장기이식에 관한 제반 업무를 전담하여 관리하고 있습니다. 최근 장기기증 활성화를 위해 대학 및 지역사회와 연계하여 장기기증캠페인을 실시하고 있으며 각종매체를 통한 대 시민 홍보도 활발히 펼치고 있습니다.

2000년 2월 뇌사법 시행으로 정부로부터 뇌사자판정대상자관리전문기관(HOPO)으로 지정받았으며 장기 등 이식의료기관, 장기이식등록기관으로 지정되어 이미 과거부터 시행해 오던 뇌사자관리 및 장기이식관련 업무를 체계적으로 시행해 오고 있습니다.

1991년 생체신장이식, 1998년 뇌사신장이식, 1999년 뇌사 간장이식, 2000년 생체 간장이식, 2002년 각막이식을 시행하여 꾸준히 높은 성공률을 보이고 있으며, 골수이식 또한 좋은 결과를 보이고 있습니다. 또한 장기이식분야 국내 의료계 선두 그룹에 있는 병원들과 협력체계를 형성함으로써, 장기이식수술의 성공률과 수술 후 관리체계를 국내 선두그룹 의료계와 어깨를 나란히 하고 있습니다.

장기기증자 상담 및 장기기증서약서 받아 국립장기이식센터(KONOS) 등록
뇌사장기기증자의 윤리적, 사회적, 법적, 행정적 문제 고려하여 뇌사자가족 상담 및 장기기증가능여부확인
뇌사자 검사 의뢰 및 결과확인, 장기적출 조정(뇌사판정위원소집, 검시전 적출승인받기, 적출병원연락), 뇌사장기 적출 후 기증자사후관리(시신 유족에게 인도)

이식대기자 등록절차

장기이식절차 : 신장이식 → 간장이식 → 골수이식 → 각막이식

신장

신장내과나 이식외과에서 의사소견서를 받는다.
장기이식코디네이터와 면담 한다.
장기등이식대기자 등록신청서와 신장대기자등록서식을 본인이 직접 작성한다.
장기이식대기자등록비와 HLA 검사비를 계산한다.
장기이식센터를 통해 국립장기이식관리기관에 등록하여 신장이식대기자등록번호(ID)를 부여 받는다
장기이식센터에서 검체정보지를 받아 외래검사실 또는 인공 신장실에서 채혈하고 녹십자 검체이송비를 계산한다.
2년 동안 이식을 받지 못한 경우 이식센터에서 검체정보지를 받아 외래검사실 또는 인공 신장실에서 채혈하고 녹십자 검체이송비를 지불하여 HLA 검체 renewal을 한다.

간장

소화기내과나 이식외과에서 의사소견서와 간장대기자등록서식를 받는다.
장기이식코디네이터와 면담 한다.
장기등이식대기자 등록신청서를 본인이 직접 작성한다.
장기이식등록비를 계산한다.
장기이식센터를 통해 국립장기이식관리기관에 등록하여 간장이식대기자등록번호(ID)를 부여 받는다

각막

안과에서 의사소견서와 각막대기자등록서식를 받는다.
장기이식코디네이터와 면담 한다.
장기등이식대기자 등록신청서를 본인이 직접 작성한다.
장기이식등록비를 계산한다.
장기이식센터를 통해 국립장기이식관리기관에 등록하여 각막이식대기자등록번호(ID)를 부여 받는다
