진료과소개

내분비대사내과는 당뇨병, 갑상선 질환, 뇌하수체, 부신, 골대사, 비만 및 기타 내분비질환에 대하여 전문적인 의료 서비스를 제공하고 있습니다.

광주 · 전남 최초의 당뇨병 센터는 초회 방문시 모든 검사를 시행하고 치료를 계획하는 당뇨전문 의료진의 차별화된 진료를 통해 당뇨병 관리의 맞춤치료를 제공하고 있습니다. 당뇨병 교실은 환자와 가족, 관심을 가진 모든 사람들에게 당뇨병에 관한 올바른 지식과 응급상황시 대처방법, 만성 합병증의 예방 및 관리에 대한 폭넓은 지식을 제공합니다. 또한 갑상선센터는 갑상선 진료, 갑상선 초음파 및 세침흡인검사를 내원 당일 원스톱으로 시행하여 환자의 만족도 및 양질의 진료를 위해 최선을 다하고 있습니다. 여러 갑상선분야 전문의들의 협의진료 및 첨단장비를 이용하여 갑상선 암 환자의 체계적이고 전문적 관리가 제공됩니다. 내분비 및 대사질환에 대하여 여러 첨단검사를 통한 정확한 진단 및 치료가 제공되며 대사질환 특성화 연구센터를 지향하고 있습니다.

주요검사

당뇨병 클리닉
당뇨병과 당뇨병 합병증 진단 및 치료가 당뇨병 센터내에서 모두 이루어 질 수 있도록 도모하며 당뇨병 교육을 통하여 올바른 지식을 제공
- 당뇨병성 망막병증 검사 (무산동 안저 카메라를 이용한 안저 촬영)
- 당뇨병성 신경병증 검사 (DiCAN 시행)
- 경동맥 초음파 검사(경동맥 초음파를 이용하여 경동맥의 협착 여부 및 혈전발생 유무를 검사)
- 당뇨병성 신장병증 검사(당뇨병 환자 내원시 BUN/Cr, 24시간 소변 protein등을 측정)
- 당뇨병 진단 검사(75g 경구 당부하 검사를 실시 - 당뇨병 진단시 당뇨병 센터내에서 당뇨병 관련 합병증 검사를 시행)
- 체지방 측정검사(당뇨병 환자 초진 내원시 체지방 측정검사를 시행하여 비만도 확인 - 비만도에 따라 비만 클리닉과 연계하여 비만관리 시행 )
- 당뇨병 관련 혈액검사 및 그 외 검사
- 당뇨병 교실
  (당뇨병에 관한 정확하고 이해할 수 있는 정보들을 순수 의학적 수준에서 다양한 문화를 갖고 있는 일반인 수준으로 여과, 조절하여 전달)
갑상선센터
갑상선기능이상 및 갑상선 암의 진단을 내원 당일 시행하며, 이에 따른 치료연계 시스템 구축으로 빠른 진단과 치료를 시행

비만 클리닉
대사증후군의 중요한 요소인 비만을 진단하고 비만 클리닉을 통한 지속적 관리와 식사 및 운동방법에 관한 교육 및 대안을 제시
- 체지방 측정검사
  - 개인의 비만정도와 비만형, 비만도가 높은 신체부위를 알 수 있으며 이 결과에 맞추어 개개인의 치료를 차별화
- 운동부하검사
  - 비만도에 따른 운동기능 및 심폐기능검사를 통한 비만관련 질환의 진단 및 치료
골다공증 클리닉
- 최신 DEXA 장비를 이용한 진단검사 및 혈액 및 소변을 이용한 골대사 검사 시행
- 골다공증 약물 및 칼슘과 무기질의 식이교육 시행
내분비 및 대사질환 클리닉
- 뇌하수체 및 부신기능 검사 시행
- 호르몬 기능이상 검사 및 호르몬 치료
- 여성호르몬 검사 및 호르몬 치료
