At Chosun University Hospital's Neonatal Intensive Care Center, medical and nursing staff are working hard to treat neonatal intensive care patients, and a doctor is on duty to quickly respond to emergencies that may occur in the neonatal intensive care unit.
It was selected by the Ministry of Health and Welfare as a regional center for neonatal intensive care units in the Gwangju and Jeonnam regions and is equipped with the most advanced facilities necessary for neonatal intensive care. As a participating hospital in the Korea Neonatal Research Network (KNN), we are hoping for a good prognosis and expecteion to improve neonatal intensive care in Korea and improve the survival of high-risk neonates.
We provide hospitalization treatment for congenital malformations, including premature infants under 37 weeks and low birth weight infants weighing less than 2500 g, and all high-risk newborns.
